In praise of stone fireplaces – the Bunk proves unique! The massive and beautiful split-stone fireplace in the great room is a true work of craftsmanship, and the back side of the fireplace forms a stone wall in the full bath.
Except for carpeting in the 3 bedrooms (One is a 12×6 bunk room – the reason for the name “The Bunk.”) the cottage floors are pretty slabs of Tennessee flag stone.

The Bunk Cottage lot is beautifully wooded with birch trees. It has 171 feet of Namekagon River frontage – a channel that leaves Lake Namakagon a short distance upstream. You can paddle your canoe/kayak or take your fishing boat/pontoon up the channel to enter the big 3,227-acre lake.

This year-round cottage comes fully furnished. It has a 15×15 deck overlooking the water. The dock is included.

This cottage can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. It is a cozy retreat surrounded by world class, quiet sports recreation and is a great place to retire to after a day of skiing, biking or paddling.
