Here is a cozy, 740 sq. ft. cabin on a quiet lake 20 minutes from Cable.  The log-sided cabin features wood floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen.  The simple single floor layout includes 2 carpeted bedrooms and a full bath. Outside there is a wood deck with lake views, a screened gazebo and 2 decent-sized storage sheds that can hold your deck furniture and recreation equipment, too.

This 3-season cabin is bright and very north-woodsy.  There are knotty pine-panel walls and knotty pine ceilings.  A free-standing, gas-log stove adds both ambiance and warmth to the living room.  Most furnishings are included – so you can use the cabin right away!

Trapper Lake is described as a private lake because it has no public access.  The cabin sits on 5.1 wooded acres and includes 407 ft. of sand-bottom shoreline.  This is why we like smaller lake properties – usually there is more acreage and more frontage included with a single cabin than on larger lakes.  That can be very appealing if you like privacy.  The lake lends itself to lots of water activities – enjoy good fishing, swimming and canoeing/kayaking.  And – the cabin is only ½ mile from Chequamegon National Forest access, so you can add hiking and hunting to fun activities here.

Come on up to see this cute cabin – you could be enjoying your weekends in the Cable area on Trapper Lake!

Directions:  From Cable – Hwy M east about 10.5 mi. to Hwy D.  Left about 7 mi. to Pioneer Rd.  Left to S. Trapper Lake Rd., and right to cabin.
