The Saloon bar and interior dining area capacity is 500 people.  There is family dining away from the bar that has a separate entrance.  Mooselips Java Joint offers a comfortable setting with group table space, café food, an Espresso bar and cozy couches.  Currently Mooselips serves coffee & tea by day —- and wine & martinis by night!  While Mooselips has its own street entrance, customers can also enter through the Saloon bar.  The back dining patio, deck and Cabana bar can host another 200 folks. The deck offers wooded views and is close to the outdoor stage and concert area.

The Freight Station is the Fun Room.  It can be set up with a bar and has a tiled dance floor. The Sawmill is known for live music, and many musicians have been featured on the Freight Station stage.  This room is also rented for private parties and community meetings and has even hosted a few dinner theatres.

Much of the second floor of this complex is a large 59×19 loft with pine plank floors and a 27×22 bump-out balcony that faces the Freight Station. The loft, accessed from an open stairway in the Freight Station, overlooks the Sawmill’s main bar.  The loft makes a beautiful space for banquets and wedding receptions.  There is also a 24×21 nook that opens from the loft and is currently used as a game room.

There are 3 more rooms on the second floor. The owner’s office is up here and it has great views of US Hwy 63. There is also an 18×17 bonus space and a 40×28 multi-use, all purpose room.  A private stairway gives access to this end of the 2nd floor.
